I got an email from them yesterday evening at 1845EST and they said:" Same problem so I emailed Garmin again, they had me do a master reset (nearly impossible with a non-functional touch screen), checked the software revision and calibrated the screen. Since then I've been tied up with a cuople of surgeries and I didn't get back to it until last Thursday. I emailed Garmin and they said all I had to do was download the latest software and calibrate the screen. I finally got to use it in October and the touch screen was horrible. For those of you thinking about getting a Garmin Zumo 660.
